The website sends your request to Design Fusion. Rudy then confirms the details and final quote before production. You are not charged when you submit.
Use the builder for a standard item: hats, shirts, hoodies, polos, drinkware, sweatsuits, varsity jackets, framed pictures, or your own garment. Select the service and enter quantities. For apparel, add the number needed in each size; the total calculates automatically.
Choose your color and artwork status. Include the design text, placement, desired date, and any delivery or shipping needs in the notes. Enter your name and either a phone number or email. Providing an email helps Rudy send your Stripe invoice later.
Have several products, different designs, or large artwork files? Use the detailed custom form. This is a separate request channel; you only need to use the route that best fits your order.
After a successful builder submission, your confirmation shows a Design Fusion request number. Save it for follow-up. Rudy reviews your request and contacts you to confirm availability, artwork, timing, and the final quote. The on-screen estimate is a starting point; tax and shipping are confirmed separately.
Review the spelling, colors, placement, and design proof. Once the details are agreed, follow Rudy’s payment instructions. A 50% deposit is required before production. For card payments, use the secure Stripe invoice sent to your email; this website’s request form does not collect card numbers.

Rudy confirms when your order is ready and arranges delivery or shipping. Design Fusion does not have a walk-in customer location. Contact the team before sending garments. The remaining balance is due at delivery.
